The heart of our 1.8T turbo upgrade kit is the higher output K04 turbo, manufactured by BorgWarner Turbo Systems, the original equipment supplier to Audi and VW. NEUSPEED includes a high performance P-Chip that raises boost and remaps the ignition timing and air/fuel ratio functions. The rev-limiter and top speed governor are also raised. Also included are Beru Ultra Spark Plugs, Fuel Injectors, and all required gaskets and hardware.

91 octane or higher fuel must be used with this chip.

If you are not local, the factory chip is soldered onto the printed circuit board, so your ECU must be reprogrammed at Greedspeed's California headquarters.
Upon placing your order, Greedspeed will send you ECU removal and shipping instructions. Once you remove your ECU and send it out via UPS or FedEx, upon our receipt of the ECU, we guarantee same day turnaround time.
Note: NEUSPEED turbo inlet pipe #48.10.86 must be used with the K04 upgrade and is sold separately.
